Stretching

Stretching is a system of exercises which aims to stretch ligaments and muscles, as well as increase body flexibility. Stretching is an integral part of gymnastics rehabilitation, and an anti-cellulite program. During the exercise, short muscle tension exercises are followed by muscle relaxation ones which will help to relieve muscle tension and restore strength and relax in just a few minutes.
